We’re building the future of transport in Peru
CapiCorp was founded on a simple observation: millions of Peruvians rely on colectivos every day, but there was no way to know where they are or when they’ll arrive. We built Ubigo to change that.
Our Mission
Making public transport visible and reliable
Peru’s colectivo system moves more people than any other form of transit, but it runs without schedules, tracking, or coordination. Riders wait at intersections without knowing if a vehicle is 2 minutes or 20 minutes away.
Ubigo gives riders real-time visibility, gives drivers better tools to manage trips, and gives operators a modern dashboard to run their fleets — all free for riders, with simple operator pricing.
Move People Forward
We build for the riders, drivers, and operators who keep Peru moving every day. Their needs drive every decision we make.
Built for the Real World
Our platform works on budget phones, slow connections, and mountain roads. We don't design for ideal conditions — we design for actual ones.
Transparency
We operate with open communication — riders see real ETAs, operators see real data, and we share our roadmap publicly.
Local First
We started in the Sacred Valley and grow region by region. Deep local knowledge beats a one-size-fits-all approach.
